Thoughtful therapy with
depth and warmth
Helping adults in Marin County and beyond find clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
Dr. Keely Schlesinger, PsyD
I grew up in Marin County and feel deeply rooted here. I earned my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, completed my Master of Social Work at Columbia University in New York City, and later received my PsyD from the California School of Professional Psychology.
For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, couples, and adults facing a wide range of challenges. What has always guided me is a genuine curiosity about people’s stories and a belief in their capacity for growth. Therapy, to me, is not just about solving problems. It is about creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to move toward meaningful change.
My approach blends the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with the deeper exploration of psychodynamic work. Together, we can address what feels urgent right now while also gently examining the patterns and experiences that may be shaping your life in less visible ways. I tailor our work to your goals, helping you build insight, resilience, and lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you. Learn more about me.
